Octopus Salad with pepper dressing

Using precooked octopus tentacles for LP foods, you can make a quick and easy octopus salad.

Ingredients

100 g octopus (precooked by LP foods)

2 g Black pepper, cracked

2 g white pepper, cracked

2 g fresh green pepper, roughly chopped

10 g dijon mustard

10 ml sherry vinegar

50 ml extra virgin olive oil to taste salt

10 g shaved radish

20 g cherry tomatoes cut in half

20 g arugula

Steps

Thinly slice Octopus tentacle and arrange on the plate. These are fully cooked and ready to eat. In a separate bowl, combine the dijon mustard, sherry vinegar, 3 kinds of pepper. Slowly drizzle olive oil into this mix until fully incorporated Season to taste with salt Drizzle sauce over octopus and toss vegetables in this sauce. Serve
